Florencia has seen it again and again, in her own life and in the leaders she works with: when people step fully into their purpose, capabilities, and natural gifts, they create possibilities that were not visible before.

 

She brings more than 18 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, licensed in Florida and Argentina, with an international corporate law background spanning the Americas.

 

That training informs the precision of her thinking, the rigor of her process, and her instinct for what actually moves people and organizations forward.

 

She then built a second body of expertise in leadership development, professional coaching, facilitation, and the deeper human capacities that make sustainable performance possible.

 

Her work integrates ICF-credentialed executive coaching, somatic and nervous-system practices, and systems awareness — delivered in English and Spanish. 

 

Her work rests on one principle: inner growth creates and sustains outer impact.

She specializes in facilitating transformational experiences for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to connect deeper to inner-driven values, and lead with authenticity, to produce outstanding and wholesome results, more fulfilling lives, and a greater impact in the world.

 

Florencia draws on her deep understanding of the human condition and behavioral drivers to hold transformational containers catalytic of self-awareness; self-mastery; unreserved accountability; the cultivation of a mindset of constant growth, and the harnessing of the whole personal potential.

 

Prior to her current work, she practiced business and telecom law in Buenos Aires, Washington, D.C., New York, and Miami, where she served as outside legal counsel to public service companies and telecom start-ups at major law firms, and as an in-house counsel to a submarine cable system company.  She later started her own business law practice.​

 

Florencia holds law degrees from the University of Miami School of Law, JD, cum laude; from the University of Virginia School of Law, LLM;  from the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, JD equivalent, specializing in Business Law.  She was a John M. Olin Fellow in Law & Economics at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Florencia is an ICF-credentialed executive coach and a certified Transformational Coach through the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership, where she completed intensive training in transformational facilitation, coaching, and leadership. She has also trained in several healing modalities, including somatic practices for regulating the nervous system, trauma healing, and emotional release. She practices what she teaches: her work is grounded in her own lived experience of these tools.

She has co-designed and co-led leadership development programs for teenagers and young adults in the non-profit sector.

​

Florencia was born and raised in Argentina and has lived in the US for more than 28 years.  She resides in Key Biscayne, FL. She loves long walks in nature.
